Modern 2-bedroom apartment in the secure Palmeraie Gates residence, with pools and gardens. Elegant living room with TV and Netflix, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with quality bedding, modern bathroom and balcony. On Oued Issil boulevard, 10 minutes from the centre (Jemaa el-Fna, Guéliz) and 15 minutes from the airport. Shops, bakery and restaurants within walking distance. Parking available.

Direct access from Oued Issil boulevard, easy to find (not in the medina's narrow alleys), with taxis available quickly.

Guests have access to the whole apartment. A parking space is available in the basement for the car. Access to the pool is also included.

In line with local regulations, unmarried Moroccan couples are not allowed. Foreign couples are welcome. Thank you for your understanding. Smoking inside the home is strictly forbidden. You may only smoke on the balcony.
