The villa combines modern architecture and comfort over 2 levels, with 4 bedrooms including 2 en-suite, spacious living rooms, an equipped kitchen, an XXL pool, a rooftop with a view of the Atlas and a private garage. The space

Garden and pool upkeep: to keep everything clean and pleasant during your stay, the gardener comes at 8:00 to look after the garden. In summer, the pool technician comes at 20:00 to maintain the pool. These visits are quick and keep the outdoor areas in the best condition. 3 bedrooms have very powerful air conditioners; 1 bedroom has no air conditioning.

Other things to note

We ask guests to respect the quiet of the neighbourhood and the neighbours. Parties and events are strictly forbidden in the villa. Security cameras are installed outside the villa. They are active 24/7. There are no cameras inside. In line with Moroccan regulations, bookings from unmarried Moroccan couples are not accepted. Foreign couples are welcome without any problem. A villa is being built less than 100 m away: there may be some noise during the day, only in the daytime. If guests check out on the day you arrive, cleaning may sometimes finish around 16:00 or 16:30. You can still access the villa from 15:00 and enjoy the living room and the pool while the team finishes getting it ready.
