add coordinates of zone-annotations to CEI export of private collection

The annotations to charters are currently stored in the separate svg-collection and can only be accessed inside MOM-CA. The research possibilites of these annotations go beyond the functionalities of MOM-CA. Therefore, it seems reasonable to add the coordinates and the annotations from the svg to the cei:zone-element in each charter description at least for the download of the XML of a private collection.
